Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

  • All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Appointment Required

  • Crimson Red Tattoos is a private, appointment-only studio. Gift card holders must schedule an appointment in advance. Availability may vary.

Valid for Services Only

  • Gift cards may only be used toward tattoo services provided by Liz Marie at Crimson Red Tattoos. They cannot be used for tips, merchandise, or any third-party services.

Minimum Purchase Amount

  • The minimum gift card amount is $150, which is equal to one hour of tattooing. Gift cards must be purchased in $150 increments or higher.

Expiration

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired gift cards will not be honored.

Lost or Stolen Cards

  • Crimson Red Tattoos is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat them like cash.

No Partial Redemptions for Cash

  • If the full amount of the gift card is not used in one session, the remaining balance can be applied to a future appointment but will not be refunded as cash.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments booked with a gift card are subject to the same cancellation policy as all other appointments. Failure to provide 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the gift card value.

Amount

  • The standard deposit amount is $150, which goes toward the total cost of your tattoo. For larger projects or multi-session pieces, a higher deposit may be required and will be discussed at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable

  • All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. This covers time spent on design, consultation, and holding your appointment slot.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment once, with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. The deposit will carry over to the new date.
  • Failure to reschedule within the 48-hour window will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  • A new deposit will be required to book again.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations

  • No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit.

Design Work

  • Your deposit also secures the time spent on custom design work. If you cancel your appointment or do not show, the deposit covers the artist's prep time and will not be returned.

Transfer Policy

  • Deposits are not transferable to another person or to a different piece.
